GP Department Contacts

Health Education England working across Kent, Surrey & Sussex (HEE KSS) General Practice Department plays a significant role in enhancing the quality of healthcare. We aim to do this by continually improving the management and provision of supportive, quality-assured medical professionals, and through the education and development of doctors and dentists and, where appropriate, the wider workforce.

GP Workforce Development Team

The team aims to support GP’s to improve the care they provide to patients through their own personal development i.e. Appraiser Development (Leadership Days) & Learning Sets, GP Tutors, Mentoring & Career Support Scheme, (Primary Care Workforce Resilience Service), Sessional GP’s and Simulations (including CSA Examiner and Simulator Bookings). Also includes the Induction & Refresher and Retention Schemes.
